Making arrangement

عبارت های رایج که در انگلیسی استفاده می شوند به قرار زیر است.

(Suggesting an appointment)

یکشنبه چه کاره ای؟ چه کاری برای انجام دادن داری؟

How about going to the cinema?
What about going to the cinema?

Could you manage a meeting on Friday?

I have a look in my diary.
Let me just look in my diary.

Do you think we could meet up?

I wonder if we could go to the show together.
می خواستم بدونم می تونیم به نمایش بریم؟(رسمی)

2-
(Talking about the time)

Are you free at eight o'clock?
Could you manage Tuesday?

Would Friday at five suit you?
جمعه ساعت 5 برای تو مناسبه؟

Could you make it on Monday?
(=Could you organize yourself?)

When would you be available? (رسمی تر)

(Rejection a suggestion=)
(Say 'no' to a suggestion and an arrangement)

I'm sorry, I'm booked up on Friday.
متاسفم. برنامه جمعه ام پره.

I'm afraid, I'm busy on Friday.

(Accepting a suggestion)

(Confirming an arrangement)
Fine. So that's Wednesday at 7 o'clock in your office.

Good. I'll see you later then. (less formal)

I look forward to seeing you on Friday. (more formal)
