Auxiliary Verb
جهت یادآوری

تعدادی از افعال کمکی که قبلا در سطح1و2 یاد گرفتیم:
am, is, are
was, were
do, does, did

برای سوالی کردن جملات simple present از do و does استفاده می کنیم.
برای گذشته ساده (simple past) از did استفاده می کنیم.
برای حال استمراری (present continuous) از am, is, are استفاده می کنیم.

افعال to be = am,is,are ، افعال کمکی do, does, did را نمی پذیرند و خودشان می توانند جمله سوالی بسازند.

He likes wine.
What does he like?
چی دوست داره؟

I play tennis.
What sport do I play?

They're coming at 7 o'clock.
What time are they coming?

اگر have فعل باشد حتما به فعل کمکی نیاز دارد.

مانند مثال های بالا، جملات زیر را سوالی کنید:

We had an ice-cream after dinner.

She's painting the front door.

I was at home on Saturday.

They work in Paris.

I'm living in Florence.
